Been ordering this regularly for the past 6 weeks, mainly mixing it with water as a summer drink at home. The barley water itself is fine and the consistency is what you expect from a cordial — pours cleanly and mixes well without any residue. The taste is where it gets average. The lemon flavour leans quite artificial and does not taste like actual lemon. There is a sharpness to it that fades quickly and what is left behind is more like a generic sweetness than anything citrusy. Using less than the recommended quantity and adding a squeeze of real lemon fixed it for me but that defeats the purpose a bit. Shelf life after opening is reasonable and the bottle cap seals properly. 1 litre lasts about 2 weeks at home with 2 people using it regularly. Sweetness level is quite high. Those watching sugar intake should be aware — even diluted it is noticeably sweet. Would have been better with a slightly less sweet base so the lemon could come through more clearly. Rose flavour from this brand tastes much better, for reference. If you enjoy that one, manage expectations before switching to lemon. Not a bad product but not something I would reorder when the rose variant is available. Works fine if you just need a quick cold drink and are not particular about the flavour being natural-tasting.

There are times, Lemon Barley is not available in the market but Amazon has it this product is awesome
