The large size of this carafe accommodates an entire pot of coffee. I always put a bit of boiling water in the carafe and pour it out prior to putting the coffee in so it stays hot all day. The carafe is light weight and attractive. It is also easy to pour and closes tightly. It is easy to clean and seems like it should last a long time.

I love this insulated coffee carafe! It’s super easy to clean and keeps my drinks hot or cold for a long time. The design is sleek, and I went with the black one—it looks great in my kitchen. Highly recommend!

I bought this coffee dispenser due to the large number of good reviews. But it didn't work well for me. Two things I don't really like about this coffee dispenser: 1. It doesn't hold hot temperature long enough. 2. Kind of difficult to open the lid. Edited update: The company reached out to me and sent a replacement. This one I can open without difficult. And it does hold the hot water temperature better than the last one I got. I am happy with the new replacement. But I am more impressed with manufacturer's customer service. The original one I got was not horrible, but just little below my expectation, so I gave it a neutral 3-start rating and I did not ask the manufacturer for a replacement, but their customer service was proactive and reached to me to address my concern. And the new replacement is working good after almost a week of usage. So I am upgrading the rating of the product from 3 -star to 5-star. I am glad that Amazon has this kind of sellers stand behind their products.

Very disappointed! At the first pour it spits so violently got coffee on the cabinet above it. I could have gotten burned if it was pointed close to me. When pouring it dribbles out before the coffee comes out then dribbles after you pour. Doesn’t keep the content hot. It’s just warm after an hour contrary to most of the positive reviews I read. I have a 20 year old carafe that does better than this carafe!

Excellent for any event. My guess loved the coffee dispenser and enjoyed having the pump when they made their coffee at my brunch. The coffee dispenser is an excellent addition to my home coffee station.

We bought two of these, and they’re holding up just fine after a few months of use. We preheat the pots with hot water and are pleased that we’re able to serve a piping hot coffee for quite a while. They’re easy enough to clean, but because of their height, a wide sink or a deep sink makes the job easier. So far, after only using them for a few months, I would say that I would consider buying these again.

Wanted something to keep the water warm in the house. Very convenient for late night water drinks
