I also bought another brand under the name of AC Delco with GM logos. They were cheap, Chinese fakes. I've always trusted the K & N name but I still inspected closely. These appear to be the real deal. The Chinese fake filters are known to break and release filter material and debris into your motor. Inspect closely!

Recently changed oil and filter , I previously purchased 2 and the one I installed works great but decided to buy 2 more so now I have enough filters for 3 more oil changes. Really like K&N brand , only the stuff made in North America .
