Update: Works as expected. Requires better power than what Firestick provides
USB ports do not work. Tested with Amazon Fire Stick 4k. The power works. I tested several USB devices such as USB thumb drive and USB controllers. USB ports will not even power these devices. UPDATE: I changed the power plug to once from my Samsung phone and it works. The block provided with the firestick does not provide enough power. I hope this helps someone else.

Kinda works
Works on my phone with usb and stuff (plus charging) but doesn't work on my Google tv. I wanted to play my movies via the Google tv but now I have to just cast it to the onn. slow but works. plus I think it spys on you cause my phone was randomly closing out of my apps with it plugged in

The AreMe Micro‑USB OTG hub worked perfectly with my Fire Stick 4K Max. I used it to connect a UGREEN USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet adapter, and the Fire Stick recognized everything instantly. The hub provides stable power, all ports function as expected, and the setup has been running continuously with zero errors. A great solution for adding wired Ethernet and USB accessories to a Fire Stick.

If you're getting this for a Mini console beware!
This product is probably fine for some purposes, but did not supply enough power to operate a USB for the Genesis Mini console as stated in the description. The build quality looks fine but is otherwise useless to me.

Long cable minimizes tug on connector
This product was necessary in order to get my external monitor to power my mouse and keyboard. It has a micro usb OTB port. Its kind of loose so I was worried about getting something that would require me to tug on it in order to plug peripherals in. I realize that micro usb is outdated technology so it makes sense that this mini hub only has 4 USB A ports on it and no usb C ports. It also has one additional micro usb port.

Works well with single board computers
Most usb hubs are either, usb-c or usb-a. This uses micro-usb to connect, and I use it with single board computers where micro-usb is the only option because space on the board is limited. 2 stars off, because the end port is inserted too far back in the port. When I plug a micro-usb connector in the it can easily fall out. The other ports are fine. I wish they were 3.0 usb, but you get what you pay for. I’ll keep it.

Low quality ports that don't fit well.
Update: As with others, I had a power problem and replaced the cable. It now works. The moral is to check your power cable and power adapter before you send it back! ---------------------------------------- I bought this to add ports to my Onn 4k TV box but It would not supply power to the device. The male plug was a little short and didn't fit tightly into a new Onn box. Wiggling it produced enough of a connection to light the standby light, but the device wouldn't power up. The hub that it was bought to replace still works, but the extra ports are dead so I know it's not the power supply. I ordered a different hub because this isn't worth the bother to send back.
