BestEvMod Mud Flaps GT Splash Guards Accessories, Splash Fender Set of 4 No Need to Drill Holes Compatible with 2022-2024 Kia EV6 GT GT-Line, Not Fit for First Edition GT-line

This is a revised review of the GT version Mud flaps which I purchased for my NA Special Edition 2023 Kia EV6 GT-Line which only a 1,000 are built for the USA market. This model EV6 has Deep Forest Green in color. Kia has used different lower moldings on this version GT-Line compared to their standard GT-Line product. So as a result these BestEvMod GT version Mud Flaps do not fit properly and especially the rear ones. BUT, from the great work by the staff at BestEvMod, they responded to my first review and after a number of back and forth with them it was determined that Kia for these fore mentioned 1,000 GT-Line special Edition vehicles used moldings more like the Wind version. I provided pictures and some dimensions to BestEvMod and they were confident that their standard Wind or Non-GT version Mud Flaps would work in this case. They sent to me, for free including shipping, replacement Wind version Mud Flaps and I have yet to mount and will soon and report back but they look like they will fit. The front ones even have the two notches to clear to two Kia Chrome pieces of protruding moldings. The rear top mounting hole also appears like it too will fit with the existing Kia mounting hole. I can clearly testify that the folks at BestEvMod want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their products and fit and I won't hesitate to recommend the company. Update: Sept 19, 2023. With respect to the above solution of using the Wind version Mud Flaps, I installed this version that was sent to me from BestEvMod as the solution. All the holes lined up perfectly with the standard Kia hole locations and I was able to use the Std Kia push fasteners. This version also has the notches for the front two chrome molding protrusions so they fit nicely around the molding. See the attached photos I took after installed of both the front and rear Mud Flaps. If you have a 2023 Kia NA Special Edition GT-Line, which are all Deep Forest Green in color, then order the BestEvMod Wind version mud flaps and they will fit your car perfectly and with no issues or need for drilling and new holes.

These fit perfectly on my Kia 2024 GT. Not quality and looks fantastic! Very easy to install, took about 1/2 hr to install all 4.

A friend bought the Fewshow mud flaps, so I thought I'll try these as this set provided all the tools needed to install, incl the pry bar. It came in a nice bag with lots of extra pins and I really liked this set. Both brands well rated on EV6 forum. But unfortunately, while installing, I noticed that the rear flaps do not properly fit on a 2022 GTL (not a FE and I bought the correct version). In comparing, I noticed that the rear flaps from Fewshow have a notch cut out where it meets the fender. This allowed the mud flap to sit flush against the fender while the BestEvMod flap stuck out with a gap. Not sure if I have a bad set. So will be returning these for the Fewshow.

The front flaps fit pretty well on my GT. The rear flaps I had to take a little material out of the corner for the flap to sit flush. Still is not perfect. The plastic screw are useless, but they do provide metal screws for the longer clips. Only needed the longer screws for the rear bottom attachment. For the price it wasn't such a hassle. The plastic is soft and easily modded.

These are a perfect fit on my Kia EV6 GT. One of them got destroyed by hitting a tire carcass, but other than that, they look OEM to me and these include fasteners as well in case the originals get damaged when removing them. I bought another set to replace the damaged one with no regrets.

I bought the GT version. Got a good deal during Prime Day. I like them. Fitment in the front is 100, fitment in the rear is 85. The rear has a little sag on the portion that’s under the car but it’s not noticeable. Helpful hint for the GT: you can reuse the fasteners (if you didn’t break them during removal) but for the part that is under the car, you’ll need the screw type fastener that’s included in the kit. The fronts take the stock fasteners no problem. Aside from figuring out the screw, the install was easy, 20 mins tops.

As another reviewer pointed out for the GT-Line, the upper mounting hole on the rear mud flaps doesn't align with the car. It's so far off you would have to drill a new hole in your inner fender liner, not something I'm going to do on a new car. The fronts look like they would work ok. 9/17 update Supplier reached out and ask if I had the limited edition which I do. They explained that the limited edition has a mix of Wind & GT-Line body panels.

The package was used, with the little tool/nut baggies already opened. There was a faded, crumpled instruction sheet that was ineligible because the ink had all but disappeared. Very disappointing that Amazon sold an obvious used/return item as new.

Front were good but rear didn't fit so for this price it is not good.

Ordered these a little hesitantly not knowing what they would be like and how easy to fix, but pleasantly surprised. Decent quality and just so simple to install. Apart from two places, used the original fixings everywhere and literally fitted all four within ten minutes. A great add-on for that little different look to others out there!!

The fronts are very easy to install. The rears, not so much. Took 5x the time as the placement wasn’t perfect. You can sort of see on the photo that the top portion isn’t flush but for the price they do the job. It’s not as noisy as I suspected when driving in the rain but if you have the matte finish I would highly suggest them to protect your paint.

Installation was fairly straight forward, I was able to reuse the OEM body clips for all except the bottom of the rear flaps. The fit looked really good, though I wonder about the efficiency of the "scoop" design. After 3 months of use, my front-driver-side mudflap came apart at the seam while driving on the highway. Nothing hit it, I just noticed it hanging out when I stepped out of the car. The seam where the two pieces of plastic were welded together just let go; the body clips were still securely fastened. UPDATE - I contacted them on the EV6 forums and they immediately sent me a replacement via airmail directly from China. It arrived a few days later and I have it installed now. Satisfied, as these fit better and offer more coverage than the OEM kia ones. Hopefully the issue was a one-off.

Ordered these as Kia UK does not list mud flaps for GT Line EV6 expected some fitting issues but they fit with no gaps and with the original fittings, though the bottom clips are very tight. Overall very impressed!
