Fyi, I wear a 4-6 and got smalls... after a couple hours they get fairly baggy and and very loose. I would prefer an XS honestly. They are extremely stretchy.

US small and S are the same, no difference

What is the equivalent to size 7?

I suspect size 7 would be a Small. These have great stretch but keep their shape. Size 9/10 would probably be Medium. I got size Large which is what I normally wear and they fit perfectly - Large is probably a size 12/14.
