It works as advertised, but you really do have to wait the recommended 3 months of continuous use to see the results. After those 3 months, my hair is noticeable stronger and has tons of new growth. If you have the patience to wait, it is definitely worth it.

I’m on my 10th bottle, and I honestly don’t know if this stuff really helps with hair growth. My Dr. said some of the b vitamins were at excessive levels and that the body cannot fully process them. I believe her because when I take a full dose, my urine is neon yellow. I’m told that indicates that my body couldn’t fully process all of the B vits, and a portion of these expensive pills quite literally went down toilet. She recommended I cut the dosage in half. I don’t know why I keep taking them, but they certainly can’t hurt. I definitely think they give me a little extra boost and help with my mental health.

Believe the hype. This product definitely works. The vegan option works best for me, as it’s easier to swallow. The pills are the same size but taste different.

I gave Nutrafol several months to work, taking it consistently and following the recommended dosage, but I can’t say I noticed any meaningful improvement. My shedding didn’t change and my hair density looked the same. I do appreciate that the ingredients are clean and the formula is well‑reviewed, but for the price, I expected to see at least some progress. It just didn’t deliver results for me personally.

I have been taking this supplement for about 6 months. It took about 3 months to begin to notice changes. I have noticed that my fingernails are longer and stronger than they have ever been. My hairdresser says I have lots of new hair growth! Mission accomplished! I believe it's too pricey, so I'm not sure I can continue to take it. Highly recommend if you don't mind the price.
