How long does the 7 pills last ?

It would depend on the situation. Mine lasted 7-10 days and may have lasted lodger if they lived in a clean house, however these are outside dogs so unless you kill all the fleas in the barn or hay, etc, I felt like a weeks worth per pill was fine.
