Roleplaying games like Dungeons & Dragons have a long history of using dinosaurs as monsters in the game. So, what better dinosaur for a game like that than the king himself? Most fantasy roleplaying games, like D&D, use miniatures in the 25/28mm or 1/72 scale range. This particular T. Rex works pretty well for that scale, in my opinion, though some might find it a little large. To me, it looks almost exactly right when compared to a human-sized figure in those scales. The sculpt, paint, and pose are all very well-done. It's a menacing figure, realistic-looking, and really very sturdy. It would make for a good kid's toy, I think, but I'm going to use it for gobbling up D&D heroes.

Ich habe diesen (einen von drei verschiedenen) gekauft, weil mein Sohn sich diese gewünscht hat. In einer Bewertung wurde die Qualität der Dinos mit Schleich verglichen. Dieser Aussage kann ich nicht zustimmen. Das Material ist annehmbar stabil, aber die Bemalung ist eher "drauf geklatscht"! Kein Vergleich zu den Fotos. Die Farbe sitzt nicht da wo sie sitzten sollte, z.B. Augen nicht der Form entsprechend sondern übermalt. Gleiches bei den anderen Details. Ich hab sie jetzt nicht zurück geschickt, weil wie gesagt mein Sohn sich genau diese gewünscht hat. Aber das nächste Mal werde ich wohl wieder auf Schleich zurück greifen.

Very life like just incredibly small. My son wasn't very impressed with it. The size may have been a mistake on my part though. I may have just assumed it was taller than 6 inches.

Another great dinosaur from Safari Ltd. Here we have the perennial fan favorite, T-rex! A great pose and awesome paint job. You can place the T-rex next to the CollectA triceratops corpse figure to recreate a scene from the Cretaceous period.
