Quick delivery, easy to assemble. It's features are as advertized. The headrest is a boonn when it comes to a long workday and a quick rest is needed. The back rest is good. Size wise its very suitable. The issues I have with this is being able to adjust it so that my feet rest on the ground, at 5'7", they are not comfortably on the ground, so that is a negative. The shape of the cushion is also very odd, so that the edge of the cushon digs into my thighs, leading to blood circulation issues. I walk every 20-30 mins do avoid discomfort. Now I need to buy a foot rest to avoid these issues.
