I would assume not. A tungsten cube this size alone costs $60. So unless they are selling at a massive loss, I would say no.

Yes, the cubes are made from the engraved elements in a very pure form (99.9+%). Nice teaching tool. Since all cubes are precisely the same volume, one can get a good sense for density and the resulting weight of each element.
