What are the nutritional facts?

Main ingredient is sugar, so probably not something you would eat for its nutritional value. It's a condiment like any other BBQ sauce.

Can this be used as a dipping sauce instead of a marinade?

I don't think so. It is very thick. I use it to cook pork for fried rice. It is way thicker than normal BBQ sauce. Great flavor though.

Does this taste like the one from the Chinese restaurant?

It's pretty close, the type of pork (needs some fat) used and the char (can be done using the broiler in the oven) is very important. Marinating is also needed but make sure to hold about 1/3 to 1/2 of a jar back so you can put several coats of glaze on. There are several good videos on YouTube about ways to cook it. Using this is a lot easier then buying all the individual ingredients to make the sauce.
