Will these work if my current back up lights are not working due to bad relay switch on top of transmission?

Think about it, shouldn't you have that relay checked and replaced first???? But I will say in my past experiences, even with a bad relay, the lights should still work in the reverse position and they don't really cost that much so the purchase really wouldn't be a waste, just know that if you buy them and it still doesn't work, it's the relay.
