Pillows come overstuffed so you can adjust the amount of foam and support. I took extra foam out for use in other pillows or for comfort adjustment. Outside of pillow is washable and just zips to get on and off. Inside of pillow also zips for easy access to foam. Pillow is great for head and neck positioning for optimal posture, alignment, and unloading of weight on neck and shoulders for muscle relaxation and pain relief for deeper sleep.

I am in love with this pillow. I have such a hard time finding a pillow that works for me because they are usually to big or too flat. This pillow is right where I need it to be. It is soooo comfortable. My neck has no pain anymore. The quality is high as well. No bad stitching. The stuffing is evenly distributed and the pillow is so soft sometimes I don't even want to use a pillow case but I do haha. Definitely worth the money.

This is the second time i’ve bought these pillows because they are that great. They’re so comfortable, the help with my neck pain, and if they’re too big for you it’s very easy to just take some of the filling out and make them exactly the size you want. They last longer because of this too, just add some more filling. They have a light cooling effect and I didn’t notice any smell at all when they were brand new.

Well-constructed and packed with lots of foam pieces. As received, the pillow is firm and well stuffed. I would up removing a good amount of stuffing for a custom fit -- as recommended by the pillow maker. Now, the pillow is extremely comfortable. Due to being able to customize the fill and making this pillow comfortable to my sleeping style, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend its purchase.

Outstanding pillows! I have hated buying pillows and always end up being disappointed. These are a game changer. You have the option of removing some fill to adjust for comfort but I haven't needed to do that. No odor upon opening, however, you might want to let them air out for awhile or fluff in dryer.

I have been trying to find the "perfect" pillow. I am not sure if this would count as the perfect pillow, but it is better than my previous pillow. I have not been waking up with a stiff neck and soreness across my shoulders. It is more firm than I thought it would be. But so far, so good.

I've been using the shredded foam pillow since January. At first it was too packed/firm, so I had to remove some of the stuffing from mine. When fully full, it is a chore to get it in/out of our standard pillow cases. Over time, the pillow has developed a divot from where my head rests the most, so I'll need to fully remove/fluff/reinsert the foam to get it back into shape. Overall, I find the comfort of this pillow just okay. It absorbs your head heat even in the winter, so if you prefer a cool pillow, I don't recommend it. It does seem to be a good quality pillow otherwise. I expect I'll be able to use this one for a few years without it falling apart. It doesn't smell bad either. My husband really likes the pillow, but I've also seen him sleep comfortably on very old pillows that have turned into pancakes... so do with that information what you will.

After trying countless pillows this is it. I sleep on my stomach and this is the best pillow because it allows you to customize (remove) the fluff and make less firm. Great value for the price. Highly recommend, thank me later.
