Desistal is really helping me beat drinking. The draw of the next drink just isn't there for me in the same way now. Having struggled with bouts of nausea and sleep issues when trying to detox previously, it was so good to get some respite and back into a decent sleep pattern. Wanted to cut back on my evening wine habit so gave these a go. Took a week but I've noticed I'm not reaching for a glass the moment I get home anymore. I bought it mid-January and started taking it every day. Yeah, I was sceptical — but a couple of weeks in, I noticed I wasn't getting cravings much at all. Used to drink literally most evenings, but now I often don’t feel the urge — sometimes I even pour a drink and don’t finish it. I def feel more in control and clearer-headed. It’s not a magic fix, but it’s genuinely helped me cut back. I’ll be continuing with it and yeah, I'd recommend it to anyone trying to reduce their intake.

I got these for cutting down and they worked really well. It took a few days to start feeling it and I didn't want to keep going on a night out. Great stuff

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks and it actually works. I’m not craving a glass of wine after work to ‘switch off’. I feel healthier already and back in control.

For the cost I didn’t think I felt any benefit from these. I used them as instructed for a month. I wouldn’t waste my money on them.
