Helinox Chair Zero Ultralight Compact Camping Chair

This is so much more comfortable for me than the Chair Zero. The Chair Zero to me is flexible, and it would clamp down on my thighs and hips, and feel wobbly and unstable. I am reasonably trim. The Chair Zero L fixes all of those issues with the Chair Zero (and probably the replacement Chair Zero LT) by taking the sizing of the Chair One, and making it lighter weight. I found the Chair Zero L to be more comfortable than the REI Flexlite Air, REI Flexlite, and Nemo Moonlite Elite. It's a little heavier (4-7 oz heavier) than the very lightest chairs, but the more generous sizing, comfort, and stability are worth it in my opinion.

Got this chair as a comfort item on a recent backpack trip. It's very lightweight and so nice to have after a long day of backpacking. it sets up quick, dries quick, and is really comfortable. Small enough to use in a tent if it's raining outside. My only complaint is that the feet can get sucked off by softer forest floors and didn't realize two were gone until setting up at the next site. Ask for Helinox - make optional feel that have a wider base so the chair is more stable on softer ground. Our party had a few of these and we were constantly trying to position so the chair wouldn't sink into the ground. Otherwise, this chair is worth every penny!

Im 260 and man this chair holds my weight no problem. Its very comfortable and easy to set up. Packs up nice too. Helinox is expensive, but seems to be well worth the price. I've taken this on 4 camping trips now and am amazed at how comfortable this little chair is. You could fall asleep in it.

Let me get the bad news out of the way. This chair does not support up to 320 lbs. I weigh 309 and one of the front legs sheared clean in half while I was sitting in it on its first night of the first camping trip. I get that I’m near the weight limit, and I get that finding lightweight gear at my size is challenging, but for the cost I was really hoping the weight capacity was as advertised. I’m unpacking gear from the trip now and will be filing a warranty claim, but I don’t know what I’ll do with the replacement (besides drop 100 pounds before trying again). For the good news, it really is light, and it packs down small enough to go inside your pack or in a side pocket. The seat material seems very durable, though with all things synthetic, sit back from the camp fire. It’s a smart design, and you can set it up in less than 30 seconds, with the quality shock cord doing most of the work. I guess maybe the chair seat might be confusing for some, or need some elbow grease to fit the seat to the legs, but the “This Side Up” printed on the top-back in large, bright white font is quite helpful. It’s also has a quality look to it, as far as that goes. There are no frills, and it sits low to the ground, but that is all pretty obvious from the images and I wouldn’t expect otherwise from something design to be near ultralight. My initial worries about the legs proved true though. Besides adding weight to use a thicker material or maybe a different material, I’m not sure what else you could do.

I was skeptical but wow!! This chair is a game changer for concerts, camping, beaches, etc. It only weighs a pound, is easy to set up and break down, and is actually comfortable to sit it. I’m 5’10” and weigh 180 and it’s great!

I like this slightly heavier duty chair by Helinox, it feels solid and sturdy. Easy to assemble, disassemble, and pack with you. It looks and feels great.

mit 520g in etwa, leichter geht es nicht. In der Version 2025 sind die beiden seitlichen Kunststoffteile, die Ober und unterteile verbinden, drehbar auf dem mittleren Querträger montiert. Damit ist er in dieser Achse beweglich. Dies ist auch so bei den (wenn auch schwereren...) Konkurenten (für einen Bruchteil des Preises...). Damit ist die Stabilität insgesamt noch einmal etwas wackeliger geworden. Dennoch sind 120kg weiterhin versprochen. Die Verarbeitung ist nach wie vor auf Oberklasse Niveau. Ob er lange hält? Schauen wir mal, noch kann nicht dazu nichts sagen, werde aber hier immer mal ein Update senden.

Montée une seule fois pour le moment, j'ai pu constater qu'elle est rigide et confortable malgré son poids plume. Les coutures ont l'air doublé aux endroits stratégiques donc je suppose qu'elle vieillira plutôt bien.

Chaise très facile à assembler. Très légère et très faible encombrement. Bonne presentation. Son seul défaut : le prix
