Very good brush for watercolor and washes
Best brush of its kind. Don`t be fooled by similar items, this is the only one I had so far that does not loose hair on the paintings. Top quality at an affordable price.

Surprisingly good
To be honest when opened this looked suspiciously lightweight and the binding seemed a little fragile. However, have used a few times for washes and really love it (so much so I went on to buy the other sizes which I equally love). They are as described - note they have long handles with a hole in the end you can use to hang up (mine live in a jar). They allow delicate graduated washes and re-wetting and provided you always wash in cold water (although mine got gentle hot water treatment to get rid of the initial glue), no reason why they shouldn't last a good time. A good buy for me as I prefer using a hake for washes rather than a typical flat brush..

Great for blending and washes
I would have preferred a shorter handle to this brush purely because most of my watercolour painting is done with me working quite close to whatever I'm working on. Apart from that personal preference I cannot complain about this brush, it does exactly what I wanted it to do - laying down large areas of washes and blending in colour or blending out streaks etc. It seems to be well made, very little hair loss (which sometimes occurs with these) and its a well recognised brand, overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent fine hair brush for shellac. Ordered from the UK based on recommendation of Paul Sellers. Once the brush is cleaned and pulled in alcohol there is no loss of hair and the brush applies an even coat of shellac
