37701 Red High Strength Threadlocker Stick - 9 g

Much easier to use & longer lasting than liquid Loctite.

Fits in my tool box for field and garage repairs. I don’t need to worry about it tipping over and spilling out and not having it when I need it . Works great on my Harley or my Fords so I have both the Red and the Blue Thread locker stick.

I'm never going back to the liquid stuff. This is so much less-messy! The consistency is like a stiff paste. Soft enough to spread with your finger. Using an inch-wide stick to apply threadlocker to a smaller bolt is kinda awkward. And since you would never need to apply an inch-wide band of threadlocker to any bolt ever (that would be a huge waste!) I took off one star for the stick being so wide. It would function a lot better if it was about 1/4-inch wide, or maybe even 1/8-inch.

It's red Locktite. What's to say. If you know, you know.

Quility product. Been using it for years

When I first saw this stick threadlocker, I couldn't get it fast enough. I build a lot of engines and similar that require threadlocker on various bolts/nuts that encounter vibration or where you cannot use a lock washer. The liquid threadlocker has always been problematic to use and takes time to get some out if getting low. This threadlocker stick solves all the problems, no mess, no waste and fast apply. I first used Loctite's stick anti-seize and only way to go. I am really glad Loctite now makes both the red (high strength) and blue (medium strength) threadlocker compound in these easy to use sticks.

A must, better than liquid or gel!

A little pricey, but it goes a long way. This stick will last a long time.

This is a great option! I carry this in my KLR 650 tool bag. it's small lightweight and best of all it wont break open and spill all over your tools! Just like the other reviews, you get this and you won't go back to the liquid. Worth the price.

very convenient format...easy to apply and locked down the threads applied to .... tested by wrench and they are set up solid.
