For the intended purpose, this has no runout. Sturdy. Simple. Fast to mount, saw and unmount.
Built a steel stool. This cutter has very little runout, as compared to cheaper products. I did have a problem with hole saw depth, meaning I had to order a shorter saw because mine wouldn't fit. The spindle is mounted a bit too forward, IMO. I knocked out 8 double-ended pipes in short order.

Heavy!
I have this unit together - I just have to find a place to put it. It's a very heavy, sturdy jig. Instructions are a bit lax, and I think I'm missing a part (a nut for actually holding the saw blade to the arbor). From the instructions, this is supposed to be mounted sideways under a drill press, with the arbor in the drill chuck. But if that's done, your drill needs to be in the middle of your shop depending where you need to make the birds mouth on your pipe (length dependent). Not a huge deal, just awkward. I would love to see a mounting plate for this where it can be mounted to a work bench or a tool stand and the saw being operated by a hand held drill - which is my plan at the moment. Some small niggling little details, but otherwise a nice unit.

Notches 4130 chromoly tubing easily
The tubing notches works perfectly. I have absolutely 0 complaints. Generally you drill 1/2 way through the tube then pause for a moment to remove the slug you just cutout, and finally preceed to drill the second half of the tube. The notcher gets through tough moly tubing in just a few seconds. Built from super thick steel, quality bearing, it works fantastic.

Beefy but too small for anything past 1.5" tube.
If you are cutting perpendicular you only have 2" from the tube to the chuck. If you try to make a 45deg cut you only have 1.5" from the tube to the chuck with a 2" diameter blade. How are you suppose to make a cut on anything over 1.5" if your blade is less than 1.5" deep? The bering block needs to be positioned way further way from the material in order for this to work. Very disappointed. Well made though. And, did I mention that it was beefy? You need the reach around upgrade to be able to slide the bering block back. https://www.amazon.com/SWAG-Notch-Master-Reach-Around/dp/B00LBFPTAY/. Should have this additional part originally rather than the stubby un-usable part.

Good buy and well worth the price.
Overall seems to be a pretty sturdy pipe notch tool i really like the reach around clamp thats an optional expensive upgrade for other brand of notchers and this one includes it! Also like how its really well centered out of the box. Needle bearings in the shaft body seem durable especially if you keep it clean and lubed. Things that aren't deal breakers would be the slight wobble of the hole saw arbor and the dovetail slide which was slightly damaged in shipment and made the reach around clamp not open up all the way. Used a file to settle that issue quick. Overall a good buy and for the price its a bargain.

The hole saw adapter isn't machine well
The hole saw adapter has a 1/16" wobble from poor machining. I think this will reduce the life expectancy of the hole saw. It seems to cut fine even with that issue and the rest of the notcher is made from heavy solid steel. It would be 5 stars if it ran true.

Holds the angle well
Had reservations about buying another Chinese made piece of junk but was pleasantly surprised by this. I cut an entire job including the stairs with this and it was all dead on for the angles. You do need a good solid base to bolt it down. Got about 40 cuts off a standard Milwaukee hole saw being generous with the oil, probably could have got more out of it but the dull saw was not liking the 30 degree angle. The runnout on the jig is tolerable, the supplied adaptor is where the slop comes from, not the shaft and bearings.

Great pipe notcher!
This is a solid pipe notcher. I've been using an older eastwood notcher until I purchased this one. It's built to last.
