These do really help as for some reason I seem to wear through trainers so quickly and small holes appear around the heel. These have been great and meant I can keep wearing my trainers! They stick on well but they wear through quite quickly too and the stickiness is almost too good as when trying to replace the pads I will remove what’s left of current one but can be tricky to peel off.

They work well for worn heels in shoes/trainers
I had bought two other types of heel pads and neither worked as I had holes in the heels of my golf shoes. I put these in and they are like new, actually they fit a little better and I am not getting any more blister. Great product.
