Good Price And Good Quality.
This is a big bag of dried onions at a very affordable price. The granules are quite small, dissolve readily both in liquid and in cooking oil. They have a delicate aroma and a taste that doesn't overwhelm the other seasonings in the dish. I decant about 50 grams into a lidded jar and keep them on my slice rack. The rest of the bag is kept sealed on the freezer. I have found the granules to be freeze/thaw stable. Good product, I'm pleased with it.

Old India Onion granules.
Very nice tasting onion powder. Use it for lots of dishes . Good thing is that it is not overpowering. you can use as much or as little as needed. .Will buy again.

Onion granules
To have the onion granules was a nice change from having garlic. It adds a subtle flavour strong enough to taste, but not overwhelming I have added to all sorts of foods and dressing. I will purchase again.

Great alternative to fresh onions
If you want to save time, waste and money , this is a great alternative to chopped onions for making a base for pasta or curry sauces.

Wouldn't be without them!
These are great for flavouring numerous recipes, always convenient and I use them a lot. Best to keep in an airtight container cos they can solidify a bit. And sooooo much cheaper than those silly little supermarket pots!
