Why is this 4 times the price ?

Price gouging and they should be ashamed of themselves. Bread can be made without yeast, ie irish soda bread or quick bread.

why is the price so high?

supply and demand. plus sellers can't compete with prices of big box stores since we have to pay Amazon fees ($5 on a transaction like this), we do pay retail for these products as well, shipping, income taxes, shipping supples/envelopes/labels/printer ink, and now a baby sitter since kids are out of school. I have driven 1.5 hours to find products to get to people this week, so throw in gas and extra time as well.
