While it functions reasonably well on Android, the Windows experience is plagued with issues, primarily due to its intrusive and poorly designed software. The installation process itself raises red flags. The software aggressively overrides Windows security protocols, attempting to download and install what appears to be Chinese-made software without proper authorization. This triggered multiple warnings from Windows Defender, a clear indication of potential security risks. The software's functionality is severely lacking. Its interface is clunky and unintuitive, and it consistently fails to perform basic tasks. Bluetooth and USB connectivity settings are unresponsive, making it nearly impossible to establish a reliable connection. Even with my advanced understanding of printer drivers and troubleshooting, I struggled to make it work. The software's poor design suggests a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for user experience. It's evident that it was not thoroughly tested on Windows systems. Key Issues: Security Concerns: The software overrides Windows security, attempting to install unverified software. Poor Software Quality: The Chinese-made software is poorly designed and riddled with bugs. Connectivity Problems: Bluetooth and USB settings are non-functional. Windows Defender Warnings: The software triggers security alerts. Android Compatibility: Performs adequately on Android devices. Recommendation: Do not be deceived by the printer's appealing appearance. The software's critical flaws and security risks make it unsuitable for Windows users. Unless you plan to use it exclusively with an Android device, I strongly advise against purchasing this label printer.

Ik zocht voor het printen van mijn verzend labels een thermische printer. Ik heb verschillende printers vergeleken en heb gekozen voor deze, omdat het ontwerp me aanstond, de hoeveel informatie gegeven bij het product e de website en feeling van de producent. Ik had de printer zoals de beloofd de volgende dag in huis. De installatie is erg duidelijk en ik kon gelijk printen. Helaas waren de barcodes te dik, waardoor PostNL ze niet kon scannen. Ik heb contact gezocht met Phomemo en binnen 24 uur had ik een antwoord terug met een oplossing. De voorgestelde oplossing van de instellingen kwam met duidelijke afbeeldingen. Zo gezegd zo gedaan en de nieuwe instelling werkte, waardoor ik deze mooie printer kan behouden en geen verzend labels meer hoef te printen op A4. Het scheelt ontzettend veel tijd en ik zal deze printer zeker voor veel meer gaan gebruiken, zoals bijvoorbeeld een bedankje, gepersonaliseerde sluiting van dozen etc.

First time using a Thermal Printer. Handy for printing shipping labels, rather than print the label, on normal paper and cut to size. Easy to set up, just need to download the matching app and you’re off. It’s a cute compact size. As you can see the printer and stand can fit on my home printer with no issues. Like that you can pick a colour. Handy for people who prints constant shipping labels.
