Would these barefoot shoes be good for working a 12 hour shift in a warehouse everyday?

I work 10-12 hrs/day. I put in another insole to keep my feet comfortable. I've never seen wide toed shoes like this before. The wide toed style makes me happy.

Would these shoes be suitable for lifting?

I'd get a flat sole shoe with more side support for stability when lifting,Wrestling or other Cross-Trainning .The shoes would be a better choice

Are these barefoot shoes sole hard enough to trail run? I’m looking for a cheap vibram sole alternative.

If you can already run in the very minimalist shoes like Vibrams or Merrill vapors you can run in these. I haven't given them a huge workout but so far they've held up.

In my regular running shoes I buy 11 which is a half size larger than my casual shoes. What size should I get in these?

I bought size 10, same as my foot size. Some shoes I need to buy 10.5. But for this I kept the same size(10) and fits perfect.
