Great instructions
I thought the video had good instructional videos for the Bowflex Selectech. They were easy to follow even for the novice.

Waste of money
Pretty much useful as a bag of hair. 4-steps? More like - how to sit in a chair/stand/etc. and use 2 dumbbells. That happen to be from Bowflex. And that makes them very special. Or, something anyway . . .

Waste of money and time
After I spent about 15 minutes watching it, I felt sick. There were no "secrets" on these DVDs except the title that tricked you to buy this DVDs set. That is the secrets. I also could not stand the hissing sound from the guy on the first DVD when he demonstrated the technique of how to make hissing sound like a snake. Other than that, please don't waste your money and efforts. These DVDs are worthless.
