Based on feedback from customers, we have re-upgraded the band resized tool. If the tool that comes with the watch is not easy to use, please contact our team first, and we can send you the upgraded tool (which makes it easier to resize the band).

Is the watch band hard to adjust?

It's not difficult, it can be resized with the matching tool by following the steps in the video above.

When I received the package and found that the tool was missing, what should I do?

If the tool is missing, you can look for us and we will arrange for a replacement.

What should you do if the needle of the tool bends during the process of resizing the watch band?

Each set of tools comes with two replaceable needles, which you can unscrew and replace. Also, you can use pliers to straighten the needle. Of course, you can also contact our team to send you another set of tools.

Why does the needle of the tool bend during the process of resizing the watch band?

During the process of adjusting the watchband size, make sure to resize the band in the direction indicated by the arrow. Also, band and the tool are on the same horizontal plane. This way, the force is applied correctly and the process is easier.

Like the 'look' of it..but..need my glasses to see the time as numbers some are just 'dots'thats o.k if your eyesight is perfect!!! + strap is to tight if link is removed,to loose if put back in...so do try before you buy,,in case you need to return...

Hour hand was little pressed down which was colliding when number 9 and was taken to jewellery store to get it fix for a £10 overall watch is beautiful
