DEWALT 317mm Portable Thickness Planner, DW733-QS

Good machine

This is a euro spec machine with a euro plug, not the end of the world but if I cut this off it will probably void the 3 year warranty. The ghost company that sells this on amazon are unobtainable so shall I send it back? It is about £250 cheaper than everywhere else………. I love DeWalt tools they are super reliable and well made, even though this is manufactured in Taiwan it is top quality and weighs a ton and safety wise it is a two man lift.

I've had this planer for 5 years, it's been a great addition to my workshop, not had any problems if you know what your doing it will last you a lifetime, you need to understand that it's for light use, so don't think it can dress 10mm at a time with , ive only changed the blades 3 times on it in 5 years , oh and of course it makes a noise , it's not a Tesla 😊

Die Maschine kam sehr schnell, und gut verpackt bei mir an. Sie entspricht meinen Erwartungen voll und ganz. Ein Späne Abzug mit einem Adapter für den Festo Schlauch war auch dabei. Die Hobelbreite ist 316 mm. Im Werkzeugfach befand sich ein Gabel und ein Innbus-Schlüssel. Dort hat es noch vorbereitete Aufnahmen für anderes Werkzeug, dass aber nicht dabei war. Genaueres kann ich erst nach dem ersten Messerwechsel kommentieren. Die Messer sind nach ca. 2 Std. Hobeln immer noch Super scharf und geben ein tolles Hobelbild ab. Ich habe bis jetzt Tanne, Buche und Eiche gehobelt. Ich bin bis jetzt insgesamt sehr zufrieden, und würde die Maschine jederzeit empfehlen. Die Maschine verwende ich im Hobby + Bastelbereich.

Pialla a spessore solida e ben costruita, come ci si aspetta da DeWalt. Appena arrivata, in circa cinque minuti ho regolato la linearità dei piani e da allora non ho più dovuto toccare nulla: rimane perfettamente in squadra. Nei test finora eseguiti non lascia segni sul pezzo, il risultato in superficie è pulito e uniforme. Devo ancora provarla a fondo su legni duri, quindi mi riservo un giudizio definitivo su quel fronte, ma le premesse sono ottime. I 1800W si sentono, la macchina lavora con sicurezza e senza incertezze. Per chi ha un laboratorio hobbistico o semi-professionale è un acquisto che convince.
