We were not aware that you have to bathe your cat before application and then rinse the cat afterwards. We have never owned a cat that would accept that treatment. So, a lesson learned, this product was not for us. We assumed we'd simply return it even if we had to cover the postage. But NO - returns are not allowed. I've never experienced that statement before on Amazon and hope l don't again. I have no idea why this product is exempt from the usual distance selling regulations.

I read the reviews regarding this product, I’m hoping it works as advertised as the vets costs an arm and a leg.

Je l'utilise depuis quelques mois sur mon chat des forêts norvégiennes (que je lave toutes les 3 semaines environ) car j'avais peur que les lavages abîment son poil. Le poil s’emmêle moins vite et est moins cassant que sans. on n'observe pas de brillance particulière du poil après usage et séchage, mais le brillant naturel revient d'une bonne alimentation revient plus rapidement. Je suis plutôt satisfaite, je n'ai pas observer d'irritation particulière, l'odeur n'est pas exceptionnelle mais pas non plus désagréable et reste durant une semaine environ.
