Product is soaks in very well but is very watery so the point that its easier with a sprayer but this of course will use more - 5 litres covered around 24 railway sleepers twice. Its very slightly darkens the wood and initially leaves a very slightly sticky residue but this went after a few days 1 went for 2 coats, you can see the first coat soak in and 2nd coat must be applied within 30mins for first so best to work in sections, messy with a brush so i found it was easier with a sprayer in the end, we have sealed Indian sandstone paving and found no staining or marks left buy this product, it doing a good job at repelling water so all looks good - quick and easy application took around 2hrs to coat 24 railway sleepers twice.

Does exactly what it says, waterproofs the fence. We can see a huge difference, when it rains, between our fencing and next door. Fantastic product, not cheap, but don’t let that put you off, it’s brilliant. Very easy to apply, dries in no time, looks good and is definitely worth the money.

I love it ! I did used other products in the past , this time i was on the rush to finish one porch/roof for my balcony . The wood was dry as bone , sanded / torch burned after that . Aplied 3 layers of product , the finish come satin feelink . Good value for money 👍Was decent covering from one layer but because the wood i had 3 . In terms of durability , contact me in 3 years , i hope 😅

This was the treatment my garage door suppliers advised would be the best protection for long life. It's very easy to apply either with a spray gun or a brush if you prefer. A word of warning it is silicone based so once it's applied you may have a lot of trouble if you wanted to.paint it or stain it down the line. Two years on the wood looks ok however it didn't get 5 stars as mildew etc seems attracted to it and even Roxils own cleaner will not clean it.

Keeps wood protected and looks great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It does exactly what it promises it soaks in well and leaves wood looking enhanced while providing solid water protection. I used it on outdoor wooden garage and it’s made a noticeable difference in how it repels moisture and resists weathering. Easy to apply with a brush or roller, dries clear, and doesn’t leave an ugly finish. Great for decking, fences, and garden furniture excellent value for a 5 L supply!

Great product but struggled getting top open because of design and even two males couldn’t open so had to use screwdriver! Wasted half an hour. Should be able to break the seal then open fairly easily

Garde l'aspect naturel du bois en extérieur. Deux couches sont suffisantes avec un vaporisateur. Perso je ne l'ai pas appliqué sur l'assise de nos salons en palette. Le produit est légèrement collant au toucher. A part cela, très bon produit. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Solo puedo opinar sobre los primeros días. Desconozco aun el resultado a largo plazo. El producto tiene una textura muy liquida, lo que dificulta su aplicación a pincel, gotea mucho. La aplicación se ha de hacer en dos pasadas, pero no en dos manos, ya que cuando seca es imposible dar la segunda mano. Yo volvía atrás sobre la zona ya pintada e impregnaba de nuevo la madera. Puede verse como penetra más profundamente la aplicación. El resultado es espectacular, no modifica apenas la apariencia de la madera, tan solo un pequeño cambio de tono, pero prácticamente indetectable. El aspecto de la madera es el mismo que sin tratar, que es lo que yo buscaba. Como única cosa negativa indicaría que el rendimiento es muy aproximado. En mi caso al tratarse de una madera muy seca, el rendimiento ha sido tan solo de la mitad del indicado. Según mis cálculos debería haberme sobrado mucha pero casi no consigo acabar.
