Love the drops
So much easier to use these drops instead of eating more broccoli or taking more supplements. Highly recommended

Sulforaphane comes from cruciferous veggies
Supplements are always tricky to review because if the supplement is something you've been taking for a period before this purchase, there is not likely to be a big difference in the way you feel or look. If you've never taken it before, then it may take up to several weeks for any real benefits to show. This review is more about the supplement itself, and not necessarily this particular manufacturer/product. Absonutrix has been around for at least 6 years that I know of. That's a good enough track record to think they have trusted products. Research on sulforaphane is starting to confirm what initial researchers thought - that sulforaphane may protect you from cancer or reduce cancer if you already have it. It has long been thought that eating cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, etc.) help with curtailing cancer and sulforaphane is the active ingredient in them that does that work. Taking sulforaphane has definitely been linked to reduction of prostate cancer and breast cancer. Should you take sulforaphane and forget the veggies? Most likely the answer is no. It's probable there is some synergistic stuff going on when you eat the whole vegetable. So the best way to get all the benefits is to add sulforaphane drops into your diet and continue to eat lots of cruciferous veggies.

The dropper helps measure out the correct amount
With the dropper, it’s easy to measure out the recommended 12 drops of sulforaphane in this bottle. You apply this directly into your mouth, wait 15 seconds, and swallow. Easy to take. It has a definite taste to it, but not unpleasant. I think that supplements in liquid form are easier for the body to digest and absorb, which makes this liquid a good choice. The price is reasonable for this supplement, compared to similar supplements that you might buy at a vitamin specialty store. You get a full 4 fl oz of the product. Made in the USA.

Lack of transparency and will not verify ingredients!
I reached out to get a CoA (Certificate of Analysis) to verify the ingredients, strength and dosage. I was denied by email! Reputable retail supplement brands that truly verify potency typically: Provide a redacted COA upon request, Or provide batch verification numbers, Or provide independent third-party testing confirmation. I should not need to justify why I want to see verification. I am asking for potency confirmation on a chemically unstable compound. This is reasonable. The bigger Concern... Free sulforaphane is unstable. If this is a liquid form: Stability is even more critical. Temperature exposure during shipping matters. Ethanol or stabilizers matter. Time matters. If they won’t provide verification, we have no way to know whether: It started at 20 mg and degraded to 5 MG? It matches label claim? It is measured at manufacture only? With precursor products, at least the precursor is stable. With free sulforaphane, stability is the entire game. If a company selling stabilized sulforaphane: Will not provide even a redacted COA, Requires purchase first, Frames transparency as “partner-only”... That’s a RED flag. I ordered, it was finalized, delivered and I was denied documentation! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRANSPARENT! For something like vitamin C? Fine. For free sulforaphane? Not fine.

An Amazing Phytochemical From Cruciferous
I have learnt about sulforaphane years ago from the videos of Dr. Rhonda Patrick, available on the internet, and since then have regularly consumed it. Basically, sulforaphane is a compound (a phytochemical) derived from cruciferous (especially broccoli and Brussels sprouts), which has several health benefits such as it is a potent anti-inflammatory, it increases the blood flow to the brain and it is an antioxidant (in fact, it cancels out free radicals). I was thrilled when I saw sulforaphane available in the more absorbable and more bioavailable liquid form brought to the market by Absonutrix. I take 12 drops (20mg) of sulforaphane sublingually once a day and highly recommend it.

Convenient delivery system
I love broccoli, but I certainly don't eat enough cruciferous vegetables (or fresh fruits & veggies in general TBH) for optimal health so I figured this supplement would be a good addition to my daily routine. I can't say that I've noticed anything different since starting to take it several weeks ago, but it hasn't hurt! The taste is slightly pepperminty, but I usually drop it in my morning juice-green powder or plant milk-protein powder mix and I don't taste it either way. I hope my body is feeling the anti-inflammatory effects of sulforaphane!

Good source of Sulforaphane
Until I get my act together and start growing my own broccoli sprouts, this is the easy way to get my daily dose of Sulforaphane. There are many benefits and the taste is just fine with me. I just noticed that it says "broccoli seed extract" however from what I understand the real benefits are from the sprouts and not just from the seeds. Maybe I am mistaken.

20 mg of Sulforaphane Or How to Have Broccoli without All that Gas
Essentially, sulforaphane represents a phytochemical compound extracted from cruciferous vegetables, particularly broccoli and brussels sprouts. This compound offers a range of health advantages, functioning as a potent anti-inflammatory agent, enhancing cerebral blood flow, and acting as an antioxidant that counteracts free radicals. For individuals who don't consume sufficient cruciferous vegetables to attain optimum health, integrating this supplement into their daily regimen can be highly beneficial. Its taste carries a subtle hint of peppermint. Typical recommended dosages range from 5-10 mg for adults. Absonutrix recommends a serving of 12 drops, which equates to around 20 mg—roughly twice the standard dosage. Hence, it's advisable to begin conservatively, starting with about 6 drops per day before considering an increase in dosage. Similar to many people, I personally experience excessive gas when consuming sprouts and broccoli. This supplement offers an alternative approach to sidestep this discomfort while still reaping numerous advantages from cruciferous plants.
