These work. I used to get bronchitis years ago that started because of traveling between two different climates during the winter months. I got it 4 years in a row. The doctor said that if you get it once, it’s easy to get again. I went a few years without getting it again. And then got it twice more. The one symptom I disliked the most was the asthma symptom and the inability to breathe efficiently. I’m also an athlete. So when asthma symptoms returned and I wasn’t sick, no cold, no bronchitis, nothing...i waited a week or two to see if the bronchitis was coming back and just sent the asthma symptom first this time. I usually get a cold and if I can’t get rid of it within the first week, then bronchitis usually follows. I never got a cold. So I thought maybe I could be starting to have allergies. I don’t like to take meds, so I waited that out too. No sneezing, no coughing, my eyes didn’t itch. Nothing. So I came across this on Amazon. I took 1 a day until the bottle was empty. I noticed the symptoms went a way for a few days but then came back. But I continued to take 1 a day. When I ran out I planned to get another bottle. But now it’s 3 months since I’ve bought this and I realized that I haven’t had any issues with asthma symptoms when breathing since at least August. I forgot completely because I just moved on. I’ll also add that I hadn’t been working out as consistently and I did start back on my routine. The increased breathing from working out and long distance running could have helped as well.

Wow, well right off the bat i love not only this product but the idea of this product. it is one of those ideas that should have come out yrs ago as far as im concered. i have been around smokers all my life-freinds and family-always around a smoking enviroment-and i myself have now been smoking for 10yrs and let me tell you i am very impressed with this product! i bought it on a whim, thinking i might be paying for expensive garbage-but that hasnt been my experiance with it at all. im nearly half way through a single bottle-used as recommended and it really has been working wonders, but i honestly felt it working with my first dose!-its been wonderful for me-a pack of menthols(Marlboro's) lasts me about 48 hrs give or take so about 10 smokes a day on average for the past 10 yrs with the added bonus of having breathing problems when i was younger-and right now i feel like ive regained those yrs or part of them at the very least, im not the best writer but let me tell you i will be and have been trying to reccomend this stuff to every smoker i know if only to make them feel better. now i will say i have used and continue to use other suppliments since before trying White Lung including a probiotic and daily mens health brand and im sure that is part of my personal results but if your a smoker and feeling the toll of even 5 yrs or 30yrs of smokeing try this try this try this. I havent seen or noticed a negative side effect at all-next to feeling better, less headache, more energy and just a general better overall feel of myself is all ive seen with this. it did not really curb my habit but again it has made quite a difference so far- i plan on updating this review after i finish this bottle and ordering another one if only to convince my own family to try it

Updated review May 21: I’m a smoker trying desperately to quit. Have noticed a big difference in my breathing after I STOPPED taking this product (when I ran out). My airways began to feel more closed and I wasn’t breathing as clearly nor deeply. For that reason I will continue to take this product - at least until I can quit smoking. I cannot guarantee this product will work for others but it’s definitely worth trying. Having tried another brand (cheaper but with the ingredients cut in half) - I will stick to this brand instead. Have come across similar products with the EXACT ingredients but the amount of ingredients in other brands are half. This brand, with more milligrams per ingredient, requires 2 tablets to be taken daily. The other brands, with half the amount of milligrams, requires only 1 capsule to be taken and cautions about exceeding recommended dosage. This becomes very confusing in determining which is most effective. The only way is to try out the different brands and determine for yourself. Started this about a week ago and haven’t noticed any changes in my breathing as of this writing.

A product that cleanses and detoxify the lungs sounds ideal to anyone trying to improve their cardiovascular output. Sadly I didn't get very far with this product's aledge betterment claims as upon using this product for a few days my pulse rate readings jumped as high as 161 on multiple occasions and stayed above 120 far too often. Needless to say I'm done with this product and I hope to find a safer gummies alternative for my lung care output.

Excellent product. Excellent ordering process. I placed orde4 and two days later received it. I have a bit of an issue swallowing bigger pills, which is mostly psychological from a bad experience in the past. But I haven't had any issues with these. I wasn't sure what to rate it in terms of "taste" or "thickness" because what I might think you may totally disagree with, or vice versa. I didn't think I noticed a taste, but it does have a bit of an herbal smell, in my opinion. Actually it smells a little like some herbal teas I've had. Thickness is an individual thing. Didn't bother me. But most importantly, it really works and it seemed to benefit me within days of starting. I'm on my second bottle and I can 100% tell a difference. I was a heavy smoker for over 30 years and, by the Grace of God, managed to quit 3 years ago. Any breathing "issues" I may have had as a result of smoking are also more psychological, I think, because I have such bad anxiety issues, in general. But after a few days using this product I definitely noticed a difference. It's worth trying for sure. I hope it helps you!

These pills are terrible !!!! It says on the bottle to take 2 daily. Well, when I got them i only took one and that one was one too many ! Never again. I took one pill around 7 pm, and I am still awake after 3am because I have to stay sitting up due to this pill. If you like to have snot coming out of your nose like it's water, and want to cough non stop for hours then these are for you. But if that isn't your idea of a good time then stay away from these pills. If I lay down the mucus fills my throat causing me to cough non stop. Sitting up its better but now I am waiting for this crap to wear off. My coughing was so hard and so constant for about 3 hours that I was drenched in sweat from coughing so much. Almost went to the hospital over it. I took an allergy pill to help dry things back up and that seems to be helping now. I mean I guess they get the mucus out as they say, but it's not in a good way especially if you have any type of a breating problem already. Such as copd, asthma and so on. I will never buy them or take them again. Beware and be safe everyone.

My wife and I began taking this because we're in our late 30s, former cigarette smokers, and I've always hung with Mary Jane. The wife has mild asthma and usually hits an inhaler once per day. I decided we needed a lung detox. I myself have never really had breathing issues. We've been taking this for several weeks now, and we can both tell we're breathing a bit easier. My wife realized she had not used her inhaler for an entire week, and has only used the inhaler about two times in a month. I'd say that is pretty incredible. Results may vary of course. We each take two capsules per day. I'm going to experiment and use it for a couple months and then take a break to see if I can tell a difference. Most likely we will begin spreading out the dosage over time since a bottle goes fast between two people and it's a relatively pricey item.
