Like the previous reviewer, I purchased this rug without seeing any reviews. I liked the color - the green goes well with my retro-gold sitting room. (It's bright green but surprisingly that color goes with a lot of other colors.) I have an area on my carpet where the dogs tend to camp out and eat their treats, so I have had a remnant on that spot, time to replace it, I have had a similar rug to this one in gray for years but after washing it many times it was time to replace it as well. This rug looks like it's not going to work when you get it; it's seriously shrink wrapped. But it's been 12 hours and it is now sitting properly, maybe one or two stubborn lumps but they are going away. I would say the pile is "mid" long. My gray one had a longer pile, but this one is long enough to make the rug fluffy but not shaggy. It's soft, mine didn't have an odor, and what I really like is it's not sliding around on top of the carpeting beneath. My purpose it to create an area for my boney greyhounds to camp out - they immediately got on the rug and loved it. There are tons of these rugs on Amazon - they are almost impossible to vacuum so I've taken mine outside and hit it with the leaf blower. I am hoping this mid-pile rug might be more vacuum friendly. If you are unfamiliar with these types of rugs, they don't have a traditional stiff backing. They are about as thick as a comforter. If you're looking for a sturdy, traditional area rug - this is not it. But if you are looking for a cozy accent rug, nice color and quality, this is it. I am very pleased with it, but I knew what to expect.

LOOOOVE these rugs!!! Shipping was NEXT DAY and arrived the next morning, today, on Christmas Eve when I only ordered yesterday and I live in the boonies! Mind blown!!! Rugs ARE SO SOFT! Thin, but still need to finish fluffing for 1-3 days as stated in the description. Still, the color is bright and beautiful (I got the teal/aqua color) and the whole family has been excited as they entered the room and saw it and then felt the softness under our feet! Nice non-skid bottom. Kinda like throwning a HUGE bathmat down, only I don’t expect this to be absorbant. But it is flexible and lightweight like one. Came in small box, super surprised it wasn’t a big roll. Didn’t smell bad coming out the box. Now I gotta go set up our Christmas room with all the gifts before our family arrives! We just needed the rugs in place first. I think my little toddler nephew is gonna LOVE playing on the floor on this rug with his new toys! Worth every penny, and really exceeded my expectations given the price range. Just ordered two more in different colors for bedrooms. Merry Christmas everyone!

So I’ve only had this for about a week. It shows up in a relatively small box (a little bigger than a shoebox), which was surprising. Like other reviewers said, it’s folded and vacuum sealed. When you cut open the plastic and let it breathe, there is a factory-rug smell, I didn’t find it an issue and it went away quickly (I stopped noticing after a couple of minutes). It does take a couple of days for it to fully fluff up, and also you should move around the fibers with your feet to fluff it a little. What I like about the rug: -It doesn’t fall apart. No rug shavings or shedding AT ALL so far, not even from the packaging. (I bought a similar rug that was half this size for $25 at Target, and I’m still finding fibers that fell out of it once I unrolled it.) -it’s really soft. Feels good to step on in bare feet, my dog likes to lay on it. Things to know: -I bought the gray one, it’s more of a dull blueish Gray, rather than a true silvery Gray. Doesn’t bother me, my walls are a dull blue and my couch is blue so it works. -it’s not as thick as I expected. This thing is really thin: I bought shag because I thought it would be plush and thick. It’s not a deal breaker, but just know if you want some thickness, you’ll probably need to buy a pad for underneath. I just moved into a new place and bought this rug, so I can’t say how it is to clean it yet. And I haven’t spilled anything on it, so I can’t speak to stain resistance. But as it is, I like it and would (and might) but another.

I never order anything without a review so I’ll be the first to review it. I wanted to take a risk with this one because it was the cheapest rug I could find and to be honest it’s great. Out of all the other rugs I looked at this one is actually pretty decent. It’s really soft and has a good little cushion and I love the color. if you’re looking for something cheap but still good quality I’d suggest getting this. The only warning I give you is that it has a really strong weird smell when you first open it you just have to let that room air out for a little while. And now there’s at least one review for you to know it’s worth buying:)

My kids are obsessed with these soft fluffy rugs. My only complaint is when things like beads or tape get stuck in them it is so hard to get out. Vacuuming takes a few tries to get everything out of it as well but a good outdoor shake off seems to do the trick. The royal blue color is so beautiful and the size is perfect especially for the low price!

Rug only lasted 2 years Tim my studio apartment. Impossible to vacuum/ clean. This us something you put in an office/ room where there’s no high traffic. Super soft and beautiful. True to picture. Would not recommend with children

The price was right. It was used to cover soiled off-white carpet in front of a triple dresser and fits perfectly. It won't show additional spills or soil provided by a young fellow. On the negative side, I wonder if it will withstand the robot vacuum or the upright. I expect it will mat if I throw it into the washing machine. The fibers are long and soft and make the floor soft to walk on and will be warm in the cold months, but how long the runner will last under normal cleaning conditions is in question at this time. It's too new to comment in that regard.

Do not like that binding on edges is light colour. It does show with use, and would rather have same green colours binding.
