Is it microwave safe?

I don’t know. Have only used it a few times for cold salads.But the seller has said do not put in the microwave oven, I think it is better to follow the seller's advice

How large is this salad bowls? I want to use it to serve 3-4 people, is that ok?

We would say that is enough for 3-4 people,it is about 200 oz.We chose the size for four people and served four small bowls.In the future, we will also launch different sizes of salad bowls, so that our customers can have more choices.
