Broke after 6 months
I have my braun for almost 20 years and the first part lasted like 15 years and the replacement parts break really fast. Second time I need replacing since then. This one I bought in early 2024 and it cracked after maybe 6 Months. I don't know if these are authentic parts but they are definitely not high quality.

Correct part
My previous part cracked while shredding some carrots for a salad and I bought this new one instead. Performs ok but realize that not all veggies wash off completely (carrots leave orange color) and it takes a while till the color fades away

selten, teuer, schlechte Haltbarkeit
Hält bei mir weniger als ein Jahr, dann bricht immer die Achse aus der Scheibe. Die Küchenmaschine muss aber auch täglich ca. 3 kg Karotten schneiden, also Schwerarbeit. Das Teil war fast ein Jahr lang nur für viel Geld aus USA oder Australien zu haben. Inzwischen gibts es wieder zum Glück auch hier. Halte immer Reserve vor. Leider gibt es Preis/Leistungsmäßig nichts besseres. Deswegen trotzdem eine gute Bewertung.

Product is good but Shipping cost is too much
Shipping cost was similar to the Product cost and also shipping was within the Canada. I would suggest to search else where before paying heavy on shipping cost. Otherwise product was good and exactly working with my old machine.

Great seller
The item can use improvements. This is the 3rd time i had to repair the carrier because over time it will split and break at the bottom around the shaft. The manufacturer obviously didn’t care about using better materials to make customers happy. Once this one breaks I’ll upgrade to a better food processor.
