I don't have tiles in my shower, it has plastic panels instead, is this product suitable?

Yes it will be perfect for cleaning your plastic panels. Get stuff and smells lovely too!

This is spray good and how many spray do you get

You need loads of spray and then it leaves streaks. Rubbish.

What are the ingredients please?

5% non-ionic Surfactants, Preservatives (Chioromethylisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone) and perfume hope this helps

Is it meant to come out the nozzle in big foamy blobs or is it meant to actually come out in a spray?

It comes out in a spray I have not had any problems and it does a good job.
