Amazing in many ways - but the quality makes these so bad
Amazing in many ways - but the quality makes these so bad. I love the sound from these, the compact nature, and high portability that brings with. The mic leaves a lot to be desired, and the quality control is so bad I am actively searching for other brand(s) to carry in our office. Usually the Jabra's we have used in the past have been much better. (IE 75s, 65s, Stealths, Motions, etc...) The warranty has saved these from being catastrophically bad, but just barely. 4 out of the first 5 sets we bought had one or both buds dead out of the box. Not uncharged dead, but full dead - nothing from them even after charging overnight. Hopefully we just got a bad batch, I would love to LOVE these because they are comfortable and sound good on the listener end. Though they do get frequent complaints on the sound coming out the other end of a meeting. That is not unusual for buds, so I don't hold that against them.

Stanger background noise.
If I'm not talking in a meeting or on a call I'll randomly get a ton of background noise coming through my MIC. Now I have to make sure I'm muted whenever I'm not talking otherwise the noise can drown out everyone else. I've updated the firmware, tried over Bluetooth and using the receiver. I'm not sure what's causing it and why it's so intermittent. Otherwise I really like these so I hope another firmware update comes out soon to fix this.

Disappointed
On every call, I was informed that I sounded very garbled and hard to hear. Very disappointed for the price of these headphones 🥺

Terrible at switching from phone to Teams calls
Terrible sound quality. Be prepared for callers to complain about noise that sounds like crumbling paper, and in consistent choppyness. These are way too expensive to fail on such a basic level
