I bought it for 16k. Sound and screen were good i won't say superb but ok if u want buy good tv in budget. Pros- Screen clarity is ok Sound is good Design is super All apps: netflix,prime, Hotstar etc all are running without any issues Supports dual band wifi(u can take blindly for this option). Cons- little lag This tv support only 1080p in youtube or anywhere i won't go above 1080p. So if u want full clarity of screen this is not for you but if u can adjust a little this TV is wonderful.

Tv is very slow functioning,when usb using not supporting sometimes and sometimes playing suddenly skipping to another one.

And they gave me their numbers for me to call them if I have any doubts. INTITIAL IMPRESSION OF THIS TOSHIBA TV IS VERY GOOD. In standard mode, the TV is too Bright, so I reduced the Back light,Contrast and Brightness and increased sharpness! Now this Toshiba TV has Awesome Picture and Clarity! 💯 Marks! After one month use, Hollywood Movies in HD quality recorded in Pendrive gives AWESOME, OUTSTANDING PICTURE QUALITY with Rich Color reproduction! 💯 marks! Sound, Picture and Operation satisfactory. Smart look...

This is my second purchase in 3 years. Very happy with the performance and quality of the TV. Amazon's delivery and local installation experience too was very good. However, the earlier model (same model no. but 2021 mfg date) came with a good wall-mount bracket. But this time the installation guys said it does not come with a bracket so I was softly persuaded to buy a swivel mount for this at a discounted price. But no regret. The quality of the product is great! I cannot comment on the after sales service since I did not have any issues with the product requiring service in last 3 years.
