Customer service win
Received damaged in transit. Tub was split and half empty. Contacted seller who kindly sent a replacement without any issues. The replacement arrived fully intact and was as expected. I will continue to buy as they are excellent value.

Can't go wrong with cadbury's! Beautiful, rich hot chocolate, perfect for the winter months. Good size tub for the price and lasts a while if you use as sparingly as I do.

I bought this for the family Easter basket, and everyone LOVES it. The chocolate is sweet without being cloying. For added richness, we sometimes top a cup of the hot chocolate with a dollop of cream - delicious. However, Cadbury's drinking chocolate does not need added cream to make it rich and satisfying. We use a frother to whip up the hot chocolate; creamy bubbles appear on the surface and add to the pleasure of drinking this tasty treat.
