My foam cutter bad right out of the box.

I ordered and received my fan cooled, hot knife. I am quite disappointed with my knife as I pulled it out the box for the first time and it did not work. Fan but no heat. i’m very upset about this. The package appears to be good quality. I would stay away as the gun doesn’t work. Thank you, Kris.
