Is this easy to make with cold milk? Does it dissolve instantly? Or do you have to make a paste? Thanks

I usually blend it with cold milk in a jug using a hand stirrer/whisk then put it in my drink bottle, give that a vigorous shake, return some to the original jug, swirl it around to collect any residue, return it to my bottle, and that's it. The next thing to do is go for my run!
