This throwing spike set has been an awesome introduction to no-spin throwing for me. These were my first no-spin style spikes, and I couldn’t be happier. They have a great weight that feels substantial but not too heavy, sharp points that stick cleanly, and a thick build that makes them feel extremely durable and easy to get that slow turn on the throw. The balance is spot-on, so they feel smooth and consistent. They also come with a convenient pouch that keeps storage nice and compact, plus, I love the little bird punch-out at the top! All in all, these are high-quality, well-made throwing spikes, and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to practice and improve their no-spin style!

They don't quite look like a knife, but avid knife throwers are not concerned about the look as much as the quality and consistent accuracy. These are more accurately described as throwing spikes, but in any case they work. They are hefty, well machined, durable, stainless steel, and comfortable to throw. As with most knives designed for throwing, there is not a sharp blade, but rather, a sharp point. Being stainless steel, they hold their point quite well. The shape of these spikes fit comfortably in the palm of the hand, for those who utilize no-spin throwing. The spike is intended to leave your hand and only rotate 1/4 turn from vertical at the moment of release and then rotate a 1/4 of a rotation and impact the target. The shape of these spikes allow the index finger of the throwing hand to limit the amount of rotation and to direct the inline path to the target. I have used a variety of throwing knives for backyard throwing. I have even made a few of my own, but this design is by far my favorite. I get more solid impacts and tighter groups. I have purchased two sets of these spikes.`I really like the case that comes with them. The snap closure on the case keeps 3 knives safely stored. The knives and the case are nicely designed. If you are considering getting some throwing knives, take a close look at these. They are competitively priced, very durable, safely stored when not using and they will improve your game.

Hitdudu knocked it out of the park with these throwing spikes. The build, balance and feel all exceed expectations. If you're even remotely interested, buy them. I have a feeling the price will start to climb once word gets out.

I find the bird cut-out a little bothersome throwing barehand. The points are not sharp, but they are heavy enough that they will stick in red oak logs. I also like that they are symmetric along the length axis. I started with 3, and just bought 6 more.

I was thinking very seriously about buying the Ace Jet Stingers but having a bit of trouble justifying the cost. I can hear my wife screaming something like " You paid how much for what!!??. Then, I came across these at considerably less - about 1/5 the price. Why not, I said to myself, so I pushed the buy button. Received them today, and I agree they could be sharper out of the box. However, ten minutes on the belt sander for one set was all it took. I left the other set stock and headed to the target range in the backyard. I have been throwing knives, axes, and other pointy objects for a about fifty years. I have many inexpensive, home made, and some higher end stuff that I practice with. I have to say - for beginner, intermediate, or advanced thrower - these are worth twice the price for a set of six. I threw both sets no spin, no reload, half spin, military half spin, and full spin for about an hour. Sharpened and stock knives both preformed very well against a redwood round. Yes, I bounced a few, but overall, this a good knife at a very good price point. Maybe I will do a video short later just for fun.

I'm new to no-spin throwing, and so far, these have been my most successful knives. Very beefy and cleanly manufactured. The down side is that the steel is rather soft and a bit brittle. The knives have sustained a number of abrasions from knife to knife contact. Leaving nicks with small, sharp snags, which requires a file to sand down. I actually use a Dremel with a grinding drum. I don't have this issue with my other throwers. Overall, I'm happy with these knives and will give it 5 stars. 4.5 stars is what I would give it if I could. But, at that price point, I would buy again. Hopefully, the steel material will be upgraded in the future.

These are awesome beginner/advanced throwing spikes. For the money you pay you get a phenomenal deal. Loved the fact the points aren't so pointy that if you happen to miss which we all do at some point, you won't roll the tips on these. Also, the type of steel they use to make these spikes can compete with higher end throwing spikes. All together you can't go wrong with The Beak!!! Grab 3, or better yet grab 6 of these birds!!! They fly!!!

I have another set from Amazon, thinner, and a tip broke. These are adequately thick and weighted nicely for no-spin. Similar design to knife sets multiple times the price of these ones.

I am new to knife throwing. And bought some cheap knives before buying these. And i think im gna dispose of the cheap ones cuz these are amazing in comparison. Ace jet are supposed to be the best knives for throwing and they have a similar weight and shape to them. I am pleased and bought a back up set. Only flaw is they arent very sharp. But im sure i can give them a lil sharpen and they will penetrate better

I like those throwing knifes, especially for no-spin throwing. They're thick and heavy so they are not easy to damage or break.

These are incredible. If you want the Acejet but don't want to spend a fortune, these are the real deal. Perfectly balanced and tips are ground perfectly. Seems good for all type of throwing and stick easily in all types of targets. Highly recommended if you want to get into throwing knives and don't want to waste money on cheap knives that don't throw well.
