Not safe for cats but great for dogs, people, and plants!
I love this product but sad to see theyโre out of the larger size. This small bottle will last some a while but I add it to my bath as well as to my dogs baths so for me itโs too small. Neem is FANTASTIC for dogs so I like to spread the word. But before I do, Iโd like to note one thing about cats. A reviewer mentioned they knew Neem is toxic to cats but *still*bathed their kitten with a few drops. PLS DONโT do that. Neem is not safe for cats so I assume even worse for young kittens. Weโd all be wise to remember: Just bc something doesnโt kill or show *immediate* harm does *NOT* mean there is no harm. She risked organ damage and unless labs were done after, she canโt be sure kitten wasnโt harmed, (tho if she only did it once, Iโd hope not.) That said, FOR A NATURAL REMEDY FOR CATS USE FOOD-GRADE DIAMATACEOUS EARTH INSTEAD. While it wonโt kill the eggs so requires a few applications, food-grade D. E. is a natural, safe, and effective tool for fleas on cats and dogs. Itโs a powder so just lightly dust some on and fleas will break apart when crossing it. Three things to know.: 1.ONLY USE FOOD GRADE D.E. FOR ANIMALS. 2. Itโs a fine particulate powder so can irritate lungs, eyes, and nasal tissues if not applied carefully, so avoid eyes, inner ears/ nose/ sensitive membrane areas and tissues. Donโt overdo it and itโs better to lightly dust them while outside so as not to spread in air. 3. Itโs a powder so can be drying to skin. Itโs better not to use too much and to wash or dab off after a while. Reapply after eggs hatch to kill any new fleas. Can also be spread on floors carefully for a bit and then vacuumed up after a bit. MOVING ON TO NEEM OIL Neem is wonderful for both dog and human skin and hair. For dogs, Itโs basically their version of Tea Tree oil. (Tea tree is a natural antiviral, antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial etc thatโs safe for humans but very toxic to animals. I used to not know that so I twice bathed my dog with a few drops of tea tree. Luckily, she had no ill effects but some animals can die from even tiny amounts, so be careful with tea tree! ) Neem is like tea tree in that it has antibacterial properties and keeps parasites and skin issues at bay, but neem is ALSO fantastic for flea control on dogs and has the added benefit of strengthening and nourishing their coat while helping to heal many skin issues. FOR DOGS: add a few drops in bath or mix a shampoo with 1/2 to 1 TSP Neem oil mixed with carrier oil (I use a few TBSPs of coconut oil or a bit of olive oil) and some blue dawn dish soap or Castile soap. The ratio should be abt 5 parts WARM water (must be warm or it wonโt mix well) and 4 parts mild soap (ie blue dawn dish soap or Castile soap) to 1 part carrier oil (coconut oil is great for coat and skin) Then add abt a tsp of Neem and mix well. Some ppl also use abt 1/2 TSP of Neem in a spray bottle with warm water and spray on skin issues. Rosemary is also good to add for a spray. Just make sure the water is warm and that you add a drop or two of soap or it wonโt mix. FOR PEOPLE: I have brittle nails and Neem is about the only thing that strengthens them. I add a few drops or a good sized squirt to my bath and even heavily diluted it helps my nails, skin, and hair. It strengthens them and also is cleansing. FOR PLANTS: To spray for pests, add about 1/2 to 1 TSP in a spray bottle of WARM water and a drop of dish soap and mix. Spray on leaves to ward off biting types of pests. Neem is a growth inhibitor so wonโt kill them but will keep them from chewing on plants and will end bugs life cycle so they canโt grow or reproduce. Be careful not to use around honeybees, butterflies, etc as it can harm them. To do a root soak or help reverse root rot, add same amount of Neem oil to warm water and pour over the roots or base of a plant. Will strengthen roots and over time soaks can also protect leaves. ALSO NOTE: Neem has a garlicky smell that many, including myself, find a bit unpleasant. It is supposed to smell weird, though if rancid will smell even worse.

Fresh and good quality, not rancid
Other neem brands stink to high heaven. Neem oil doesnโt smell great but it should not smell rancid. This brand I like there neem seem fresh. Iโm on my 3rd bottle great for adding into skincare.

Perfect for fleas
So a few months ago I had to take my dear kitten to the vet, sadly this resulted in them getting an infestation of fleas. Me and my poor cat were miserable until I saw an article claiming Neem oil could get rid of those unwanted pest. Now Neem oil is toxic to cat so you have to be careful while doing this, so I basically gave my little kitten a bath with a few drops of Neem oil and used a flea comb on them. Then I rinsed off the stuff with regular water and prevented them from licking their fur. After that I placed a few drops of Neem oil on their neck, ears and chin and on spots where (just a small drop) they couldnโt reach or lick. As of now I had no issues of fleas, as of yet. I also took a few drops and mixed it with soap and water in a spray bottle and sprayed it on areas of my house that could be affected. This is what worked for me, you may want to consult with a vet before use and it may have been sheer luck for me. Itโs a pretty bottle and you get a bit, it stinks quite a bit like a lot.

Pure & Multi-Purpose Neem Oil
Really good quality neem oil! I use it for my scalp and skin, and it works well. Love that itโs organic. The smell is strong (as expected with neem), but overall very effective.

Fast delivery,as described, excellent quality
Neem oil has a terrible smell in my opinion but it is nature's Best skin healer. I don't even try to make it smell better, I don't know how. I have used Neem essential oil for years to keep cold sores on and around my lips from spreading but is very expensive, so I decided to try this therapeutic oil. It comes in a tinted glass bottle with a dropper closure, which indicates it's quality since plastic bottle is not used. it does work to help heal skin eruptions and cold sores and I think I would like to blend it with another carrier oil for dry skin where needed-my next experimentation with it. I am very pleased with this Neem oil and since not much is used at a time, it will last a long time.

Still Pleased
This is my second time purchasing this brand and am still pleased. I had bought a bottle from another seller and was disappointed in the quality. Neem really helps with my itchy scalp (I add it to my Castile liquid soap which is also my shampoo) and mix it with carrier oil or use straight to soothe my eczema. It's also a great insecticide. I'm baffled by some of the bad reviews I've read. It would appear that many people buy neem not knowing much if anything at all about it, then are surprised or blame the product rather than their own ignorance. So to those reviewers, spoiler alert: 1) Neem oil won't and shouldn't smell like roses LOL! It's aroma is rather pungent...think of a marriage between garlic and sulfur only more gentle. If it doesn't smell pungent, it ain't the real McCoy; 2) It should be solid at room temperature unless you live in a very hot climate. Just put it in a cup of very hot water (remember to remove the cap), and let it sit for a few minutes. It will liquefy. You can then use it directly, add it to your shampoo, moisturizer, carrier oil, or insect spray bottle. If you live in a cool place and it's liquid, beware, unless you keep your house like a sauna; 3) Neem oil, I'm told, comes in a variety of shades depending on where it's grown. It can range from golden to a very deep brown. I've only used the lighter variety. My one and only experience with a very dark "neem" oil turned out to not be neem as it remained liquid at 50 degrees. But I don't think the color was the issue. Lastly, neem is not the only safe and natural insecticide. You can use a water/alcohol spray or make insecticidal soap (1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon castile soap to 1 quart water....adding a little garlic and chili pepper is a plus...and repeat every few days to get eggs). Soothing skin/scalp options also include aloe vera, shea butter, cucumber and many others. Happy hunting!

Really amazing
Great quality neem oil! Itโs organic, cold-pressed, and very concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Works well for skin, scalp, and hair, and I love that itโs also safe to use for plants and pets. Effective, multi-purpose, and good value for the size. Highly recommend. ๐ฟ
