Is the SD card easy to remove so that I can transfer it to make a digital copy of the recordings?

SD Card is not easy to remove but if you plug the USB into a PC it acts as an external drive / reader and you can easily transfer and copy the recordings.

Can we change the SD card to a larger capacity one if we want or can we only use the included 8GB one?

Yes you can! Make sure to reformat the card by performing the following: To reformat the SD card: -Connect the phone to a computer -Select the SD card and format. -Change 32 kilobyte to 4096 kilobyte, then format. -This will empty out the SD card. -Once complete, unplug the phone and turn it on. -Record your greeting as instructed in the brochure.

Anybody have a video on how to operate this?

Please see the video. Also make sure that the MicroSD card inside the battery compartment is fully inserted by removing then reinstalling. It comes loose with shipping sometime.
