Kayak Paddle Leash

This lanyard is exactly what I needed for my kayak paddle. I no longer have to be concerned about my paddle falling off the kayak while fishing or using the GoPro. If it happens to fall in the water, I can easily retrieve it. I love the color, the length of the lanyard, the carabiner to attach to the kayak, the grip on the paddle, and it is easy to hook up. It's definitely sturdy enough for what I need. This gets two thumbs up 👍 👍

I bought this for the paddle for my paddle board. I was always dropping it in the water. This leash has SAVED me so many times from being stranded in the water. It’s easy to use, appears just as it is on the pictures. Durability is great. Grip is just like a regular leash. Adjustability is how you would think.

This leash provides a little extra peace of mind when kayaking. It is not particularly likely that a paddle will get away from you, but if it does, losing it can become a significant problem, especially if there is any current. A person could certainly tether a paddle to a kayak with a cord or piece of rope for a little less money, but this purpose-built leash is reasonably priced and much more convenient.It is easy to attach securely to both the paddle and the kayak, and just as easy to remove when you are finished. I also like the stiffness of the leash. It is flexible enough to stay out of the way but stiff enough that it doesn't readily tangle with itself or other equipment.I gave this leash four stars because it does exactly what it is advertised to do, and it does it well. It provides an inexpensive bit of insurance against losing a paddle without being cumbersome or complicated.I reserve five stars for products that exceed reasonable expectations. This one doesn't do anything exceptional, but it is a well-made, reasonably priced solution to a problem I would rather not deal with on the water.

These are a game changer for paddle boarding. I love how I can just let my paddle float next to me if I'm not paddling and dont have to stress on losing them. They are even long enough to use while standing up.

This has been a lifesaver. The one and only time I flipped my kayak was when my paddle slipped off the paddle slots when I was launching. I reached for it and landed in the water. Now, my paddle is secure to my kayak.

We gave my wife a new PaKayak kayak for Christmas. She went to a kayak shop, where she chose a great carbon fiber kayak paddle for over $300.Can you imagine if the paddle were to be dropped in the water somehow? If there were a current, the $300+ paddle could float away, never to be seen again - except for some very lucky finder-keeper!!This leash/lanyard works beautifully without hindering her paddling at all. And, at this modest price, talk about money well-spent!

It's perfect. I was afraid it would be too bulky and get in the way while I tried to paddle, but it's very thin and stretchy. It has a simple design and a nice quality carabiner that can be attached to the kayak or to your person. I'm sort of a beginner Kayaker, so it's an added peace of mind knowing that my paddle won't float off if I happen to drop it or tip over.

Had these for a while, in and out of salt water. Make sure to rise them off. They work great.
