Is this 120v ? That's 40 amps at 120 v ?

It is 120 V. IDK the amps but the drill worked great in the US.

Does it come with a 10 imch saw blade ?

No mine showed up with a 3 inch bit, but I use the maximum that the drill can handle which is 8 inch.

Can you get other bit separately ? Also is 10 inches the size of the bit or the depth

Yes you can buy separate bits. The 10 inches is the maximum size it will handle. The depth of most bits is 16 inches.

Can this be used on a wooden floor?

I would not. You are better off with a cordless drill and a hole saw. This is one speed and the bits are meant for asphalt and concrete.
