We lost our remote, and I was afraid this one would be difficult to couple with our TV as it was not exactly the same. However, when I received it, it was so easy to couple that you just follow the directions inside, and it works like a dream.

Good quality. A short delay when pressing buttons. For instance I have to hold down volume button, wait for it to register and then it will adjust the volume up or down

Worst electronic device in the history of life. Takes 14 attempts of pressing a button for the action to take place. If I could give negative stars, I would. Having this remote in my home makes other electronic worse, it's so bad it leeches it's horrific performance into other devices.

I bought this remote control to replace the one that came with my TV. At first I had a problem getting the microphone to work but I solved that issue. Then some of the button started to work intermittently - mainly the "back" and "home" buttons. I changed batteries, I switched the batteries around (and that sometimes solved the problem) waited thinking maybe the problem would go away after a week or so, but no. I downloaded a remote control app on my phone and it works better than the actual remote control!

Great comparison to the on brand remote! Easy to use. Great value for the money. Good quality. Would purchase again. Did not come with instruction but I just went to the remote settings in the tv and put batteries in and it did everything by itself.

I purchased this replacement because the original remote was misplaced. It performs flawlessly and identical except for the feel of the button when pressed. The Sony original remote's buttons had a firm feel when pressed. This replacement feels less firm. This is an updated review. I’ve had this Sony replacement remote 18 months. The top right ‘green’ power button failed. For another $30-40, it pays to buy a new remote directly from Sony.

I have several Sony remotes as I seem to lose them often put out of all the ones I have bought in the past. I enjoy this one the most slim design with a shortcut to YouTube which is what I like to watch most the time

I've bought 2 of these due to our husky chewing our original one and then the replacement one... it is great and very easy to pair to our smart tv

Sonyの4Kブラビアテレビですが、問題なく使えました。 スマホのアプリでもリモコン機能を代替することもできますが、やはり物理的なリモコンがあると子供もわかりやすいので予備用のリモコンとして持っておきたいと思います。
