Fits up to 20 cat6 cables if you want to max it out.
Extremely sturdy. It was the exact size I was looking for. I put 17 cat 6 cables in it. I would say 10 cables is ideal but 20 would fit.

It's a J hook.
These work as advertised. They even have extra holes to run a zip tie around it to secure the cables once you're done.

Beware sharp edges
Some of the hooks I received had edges sharp enough to cut my friend’s finger. Have a metal file on hand, and maybe wrap in electrical tape to be safe. As you can see, they hold a good amount of cables, and repositioning the top bracket allowed me to mount the bracket at an angle and still securely support the cables. (And before the pros come out of the woodwork I am not done yet- everything will be nice and velcro'd before the ceiling goes up.)

Could not find same with our commercial distribution sources. This type is not carried at Lowes or Home Depot. They were a great find at the right time for our project start. Will purchase again if available for next need.
