I liked the size of this service however was disappointed to find three out of the four glasses contained were broken.

I'll start out by saying that the "ceramic" like material feels a little unfinished, there is a grainy abrasive feel when stacking the plates, But the bowls are a nice size and the side plates make the perfect addition to a table set (for biscuits, a slice of cake, etc), the mugs are a decent size too, they're too big, but not too small, so I am happy with them... However, at the time of my purchase, I couldn't see a measurement size for the glasses that come with the set, and upon arrival, not only was one broken beyond use (and another chipped at the drinking area), but the size of the cup is laughable, to my estimation I'd say maybe 150ml? Which is nice for a very small complimentary drink or maybe a mixed drink like a G&T or something, but for the average person, it's not something that is enough (personally, I think so). But they look nice. As for the damage, the only options available to me are to refund and replace the entire set for the sake of a couple of damaged glasses (which is hassle) or just accept that there's not much that can be done (I've opted for the latter), But I would like to add info for buyers regarding delivery: I ordered this in conjunction with a very small other item, the dining set was wrapped and taped in bubble wrap (which is great), and placed in an amazon box that was a fair size larger than the set and "padded" with paper on the left and right sides but not the top and bottom, there was also nothing on the box to suggest the fragility of the contents within, the two factors of which I believe contributed to the damage of the items I received - and while the quality is somewhat mid (given the price, which I guess is reasonable for the full set), I feel that others who will order this may potentially suffer the same fate The reason I put this is because, had I known that there was a potential lapse in the packing protocol for fragile items, I would not have risked it, It is a lesson learned, though. The sad part for me, is that I bought this set mainly for the glasses, but their diminutive size and condition means I cannot use half of them, and because it's a set, I cannot replace or refund just the glasses as Amazon's returns/refund policy predicates itself on the return of the full item. Sorry that is a bit long-winded, but I thought this might be an important experience to share, and overall, I am quite dissatisfied

Beautiful set for price only lost one star because one of the glasses arrived broken

I item cracked but the rest is usable

Chipped cup and inferior glaze on two dinner plates. Ask for these items to be replaced but supplier hasn't bothered getting back in touch with me to do this. Wish I had bought separate pieces from Dunelm. Very disappointed!

Loved the quality, was thinking to get the whole set in this price.

This was well wrapped but one dish has a big chip in and a plate has a black mark across it unfortunately I got rid of the box

Arrived damaged and as i was taking it out of box it cut my finger and then i realised 2 of the glasses were smashed, nice set but be careful when opening
