Good in finishing, suits to my requirement, storage capacity is sufficient for my belongings, using from last 3-4 months hence can’t comment on material. But as of now it is fine and look sturdy

I purchased a Solid Sheesham Wood Sideboard Storage Cabinet & Chest of Drawers less than a month ago. Initially, it looked good and was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the quality has been extremely disappointing. Within just a few weeks, the doors and drawers became difficult to open and close. The wooden fittings have also come loose, making the cabinet inconvenient to use. This level of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable for a solid wood furniture product. I understand that manufacturers may point to our tropical humid climate as the reason. However, if a product is being sold in India, it should be designed and manufactured to withstand the country’s normal climatic conditions. Humidity is not an unexpected or unusual factor here. I genuinely liked the design and functionality, but the poor build quality has overshadowed everything else. I expected this furniture to last for years, not start failing within a month. I hope the manufacturer takes responsibility and improves the quality of their products.

Very disappointing experience with both the product and Amazon customer service. I purchased a wooden cabinet from Amazon, but the quality of the cabinet is really poor. The product did not meet my expectations at all, and I wanted to return it. The bigger problem, however, has been Amazon's handling of the return. I have contacted Amazon multiple times through chats and calls, but despite repeatedly explaining the issue, I have received no proper resolution. Every time, Amazon executives initiate a pickup request, but the request gets cancelled by the delivery person. I have not received any proper support or even a call regarding the pickup. I kept contacting customer support hoping someone would actually take ownership of the issue, but I was simply given the same response again and again. The worst experience was with Priyanka and others who simply faked to help from Amazon's specialised team. When I explained the situation and asked for a proper resolution, instead of listening to the complete issue or helping me, she simply said that I was cancelling the order and that she could not do anything. She then disconnected the call. I was the person who keeps calling and asking to pick up the furniture. I didn't get any warrant support even after buying the extra warranty. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If Amazon is going to sell large furniture items, there should be a proper process to handle defective/poor-quality products and their returns. Initiating a pickup request repeatedly and then allowing it to be cancelled without providing any support is not a solution.
