I’ve been using this Chefman XL Electric Griddle for awhile now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. The cooking surface is much larger than I expected, making it easy to cook breakfast for the whole family at once. I can fit several pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage on it without feeling crowded. The nonstick surface works very well. Food releases easily, and cleanup is incredibly simple. The removable temperature control and drip tray are thoughtful features that make washing the griddle much more convenient. I also appreciate how evenly it heats across the surface—my pancakes come out consistently golden brown instead of being overcooked in some spots and undercooked in others. The adjustable temperature control is easy to use and allows me to cook everything from eggs to burgers without any issues. Despite the large cooking area, it doesn’t take up an unreasonable amount of counter space and stores easily. For the price, this griddle offers excellent value. It’s well-made, easy to clean, and perfect for anyone who cooks breakfast regularly or needs extra cooking space for larger meals. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable electric griddle.

I am SO happy with this purchase! It truly is a game changer for breakfast. The adjustable temp let me cook bacon, eggs, and French toast perfectly. It is super easy to clean because it is non-stick there is no food left behind on it. I think the size is perfect. It’s small enough to store easily but big enough to fit enough food to feed my family of 6. I am VERY happy.

Super fast warm up and cool down because of the excellent design. The finish is also the easiest to clean and cook on of any of the non-stick items we have ever owned in our nearly 60 years of marriage. Where has this design been for so long!!?

I was losing my mind trying to make Sunday breakfast for three kids using one frying pan but my apartment kitchen is way too small for those giant 22-inch griddles. I took a chance on this Chefman because it's only about 10x16 inches and it actually hits the perfect sweet spot. I can fit six medium pancakes and a row of sausage on it and it slides right next to my toaster when I'm done. The best part by far is washing it. You literally just pull the temperature plug out and you can dunk the whole entire griddle right into a soapy sink. No more wiping down a greasy flat top with wet paper towels. The non-stick is also completely legit. I don't even need butter for eggs. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of two annoying quirks. First the heat is super uneven. The middle gets incredibly hot but the corners stay pretty cool so you basically have to play musical chairs with your hashbrowns to get them evenly cooked. Second the little plastic drip tray just loosely rests in its slot. If you bump the griddle while cooking the tray slides right out and spills grease on the counter. Still for the price and the easy cleanup I absolutely love it.

I want to make tableside cooking like in the Korean restaurant at home, and it works out so well. We can have 4-5 people cooking together with whatever each person wants. And the cleanup is a breeze. Just unplugged the cord and wash.

I ordered this griddle a couple of days ago and used it for the first time this morning. Please note that anything in the "Cons" section is not meant that there is anything wrong with the griddle. I have a very very small kitchen with little counter space. I am older and my eyesight isn't what it used to be. If I were younger, these items would not be an issue. So here goes: PROS: The griddle, I feel, is very good quality. I love the non-stick surface. It looks nice. It did not take long to heat up. And as I found this morning when I was cooking bacon, it is nice to have that little drain hole and cup. After the bacon cooked, I was able to tilt the griddle holding it by the legs, and let's some of the bacon fat run off. After that, I tried frying an egg. That came out well, even though I messed it up when I tried to flip it! It appears that the griddle does heat up evenly. As you can see by the photo I have provided, I cooked up five slices of thin cut bacon. I used the recommended temperature of 350° and it worked out just fine. The griddle is easy to wash by hand. CONS: As I mentioned above, I have very little counter space in my small kitchen. Although the griddle fit well on my countertop, I lost some counter space. This was not too much of an issue while I was cooking. Where it was an issue for me is waiting for it to cool down before I could move it. If you have a larger kitchen and more counter space, obviously this will not be an issue for you. Also, to me the design of the power cord and temperature control could be improved. Most electric appliances that I have used with such a cord have a red light. This one has a blue light, and I can barely see it as the blue sort of blends in with the black. Also, since the temperature control is curved, I'm limited to where I can plug it in. If it was straight, that would be great. It is a shorter cord, but apparently that is a safety factor. SUMMARY: The griddle is good quality. It was packed well. It has a good user manual. It looks nice. I was pleased with the way it cooked bacon. So, I would recommend this if you as an option if you are looking to buy a griddle. As to the cons, again this is due to my age and my eyesight. And the limited space that I have. The griddle is large enough to make brunch for a family. Heats up fast. Very easy to clean. Cooks evenly and I love it. The price is low and that worried me about the quality but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality. Great product.

The griddle itself works great. Easy to clean and heats up fast. Not sure how its marketed as dishwasher safe though, you would literally need to take the thing apart with tools. Not a big deal as it is easy to clean, but definitely not easily dishwasher safe.
